Corn Flake Chicken
This chicken tastes so good you will think it is fried. Quick-Chick

This one is dedicated to my little students at UMAC who are fussy when it comes to eating dinner. This little recipe is so delicious & it’s easy to make. Best part is it taste really good. Below is the recipe & ingredients. I will be posting video on Sunday afternoon. Please share your photos if you make it. Enjoy!

The Ingredients:
8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 cups corn flakes, made into crumbs
Parmesan cheese – 1 cup
Egg whites (I use eggbeaters)
Salt & pepper to taste
Nonstick cooking spray

*Preheat the oven to 375 degrees

*Place the corn flake crumbs with Parmesan cheese in a shallow dish. In a bowl, combine egg whites, salt and pepper. Use a fork to beat the mixture together.

*Dip the chicken into the egg white mixture and then into the crumbs.

*Place the coated pieces on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.

*Repeat with the remaining chicken. Arrange them so they don’t touch each other if possible.

*Bake at 375° for 30 to 45 minutes (check to see if done by using a knife)
